On the first floor you are met with a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed, leading to a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

An external staircase leads to the second floor, where there is another bathroom with bath/shower and toilet, as well as a bright room that leads the way to the attic.

The second floor houses a charming bedroom with a large double bed – a cosy retreat under the roof, amongst the treetops.

This property is perfect two people or two adults with up to two children (minimum age 10 years, due to the outside staircase).

Materials with soul

The furnishings add a touch of class. The floors throughout the majority of the property are made of fine travertine – a natural stone that provides warmth with durability. With an induction hob and dishwasher, the well-equipped and stylish kitchen fulfils all the needs of the ambitious cook.
